Character : Fantastic Four
 Here it is, GROUND ZERO of The Marvel Universe : FANTASTIC FOUR #1   !!!!!  (Marvel, Nov. 1961)  Pre-dating Spider-Man by 6 months, Stan Lee and Jack Kirby create Marvel`s FIRST superhero group since the Golden Age !!! This is a very presentable and respectable low-grade copy, PGX graded 1.5 Fair/Good with Cream pages. The main flaw is heavy spine wear , with a two-inch area in the center of the spine where it`s chipped away 1/4 inch. The only other chip is on the bottom left corner of the cover (seen in scan.)  The rest of the spine is worn but un-split and is still barely attached at the staples !  The back cover looks even better and presents almost as VG  with NO chips !!   Own this Landmark "key" Origin issue without breaking the bank ! Great time to buy this one since it just took a HEFTY hike in the new Overstreet Price Guide # 38 to $1250.00 in 2.0/Good  !!  BUY IT NOW !!!
