It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read ALL of our terms and conditions. Placing a bid on this item acknowledges your ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will cause delays in the processing of your order.

Also, please understand that we receive hundreds of questions a week, and we may not be able to answer them all. Therefore, if you question is already answered anywhere in the auction or these terms, your question may possibly be skipped so that we can assist other bidders first.

PAYMENT:

Insurance is required on items ending with a winning bid over $100.00.

Please do not send us payment for your item until you receive an invoice from us.

Payment is due within 14 days of auction closing (if you do not receive an invoice from us in this time frame, please contact us).

Shipping estimates are provided above through eBay according to your location.

Please note that these are just estimates and that shipping and handling charges may vary slightly when you are sent an invoice.

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Tracking features are NOT automatically included, but may be purchased at your request.

Domestic shipments can be shipped via:

Please note that due to postal restrictions, comic book and magazine lots can no longer be shipped via Media Mail; these and other printed materials with advertisements cannot be shipped via this shipping method due to USPS regulations.

International shipments can be shipped via:

     - Priority Mail International

     - Express Mail International

Items are shipped within 3-4 business days of payment receipt. Insured and/or items with tracking may add an additional 1-2 days to shipment time.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:

Items with bids over $100.00 CANNOT be shipped via First Class Mail International, as the USPS does not offer insurance with that shipping method.

International bidders are responsible for any and all tarrifs, taxes, VATs, duties, etc. aassigned by customs authorities. In accordance with U.S. law, we MUST declare the full value of any item we ship and we CANNOT declare items as a "gift."

If you are bidding from one of the following countries, please contact us before bidding. There are certain shipping restrictions to these countries, and our shipping quote in the auction may not reflect these restrictions.

COMBINING AUCTIONS:

We automatically combine auctions within a 2 week time period with the following conditions:

A maximum of 3 comic lots can be combined into one shipment (although you are welcome to bid on as many lots as you want). Since payment is due within 14 days of an auction's end, we can only combine auctions that have ended within that 2 week window. If you do not wish to have your items combined (i.e. to save on taxes, duties, etc. with customs), please let us know before paying so that we can send individual invoices.

CLOSING AUCTIONS EARLY / SELLING ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY:

We will NEVER close an auction early to sell an item to anyone. Our policy is also to not break up items that are in a lot. We let each item or lot run its course, as many people do not bid until the last minutes of an auction. If an item does not sell, we generally re-list it within 1-2 weeks of the first closure. If the relist does not sell, you may find it in our eBay Store. We invite you to browse our eBay store to shop for items you may have missed in the past and for other items that have been placed directly in our store.

SPAM BLOCKER:

Winning Bidders: If you have a spam blocker set up on your e-mail, you may be blocking our e-mails from reaching you. We contact winning bidders within 3 business days, so if you do not receive an e-mail from us, please contact us so we may send your final total to you.
