Our Family Farm is up for sale... because we dont' know how to split the farm up among 6 siblings.  There are 96 acres overall... 64 in crop land... with the house and barns.... and 32 acres in hardwood hillside.  House was built by our Grandfather in the 40's out of Oak from this land... as he cleared it for farming.  The house is now covered with vinyl siding as you can see... and is STILL VERY STRONG.  It has three bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living rm, closed in porch, central heat & air, rural water...  and some attic space.  Actual dimensions of everything are coming soon.  The three ponds are up the dirt rd behind the  house leading towards the woods... which I didn't get a picture of... Duh...  the biggest pond is full of catfish and bass... and has been for years from when my Grandfather raised catfish.  The hardwoods are very mature... not sure if they have ever been cut... don't think so.  This Farm is located 762 County Rd 445 MacDougal, Arkansas... which is about 3 miles out of MacDougal and 15 miles from Piggott, Corning, and Rector, Ark.  There is plenty of deer and other wildlife on the property.  The garden yearly grows strawberries, grapes, peaches and all other garden crops... along with several producing pecan trees. My Grandmother had the farm house yard covered in flowers... it used to be a yearly attraction area for flower lovers to visit and purchase Iris Bulbs and Day Lillies. My Grandfather's Old Ford Tractor is included... which still runs.... and you get all those Purple Martin Gourds as well.  You can see in the Plat picture that the  house is located along the gravel road... with the ponds and woods at the back of the property.

Our Grandparents... Furman and Elsie Parrish... lived into their 90's on this peaceful property... so it must be a healthy place to live.
