    1 Year Limited Warranty.
  • We accept manufacturer defective items back for 1 year after date of purchase for repair or replacement at our discretion.
  • If the same merchandise is no longer available, we reserve the right to send a substitute of equal value.
  • Warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
  • The warranty does not apply on damage to flex cords and power plugs.

  • All sales on skin care and consumable products are FINAL due to the personal nature of the product. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Combined Shipping:

Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO:
  • Ground shipping is only for service to the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO are charged at the "Standard Express" rate.
Canada Shipping:
  • We offer Canada shipping through USPS. Shipping to Canada typically takes up to 14 days.
Shipping Insurance:
  • We offer optional shipping insurance to protect against damage or items lost in transit.

Tracking Information:
