This computer comes fully loaded with Microsoft Windows XP Professional! It has been freshly restored and updated so you will be the first person to use it. The computer will come with an Original Installation CD and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for Windows. The Original Installation  CD will allow you to completely restore your computer to factory settings whenever you need to. With this CD, you never have to worry about an expensive trip to the Repair Shop. The COA is located on the side of the computer and contains the Ultra Important Product Key for Microsoft Windows.

We have installed a comprehensive software suite to compliment Microsoft Windows. It includes a Popular Microsoft compatible Professional Office Suite. The Office Suite comes with a Word Processor (for typing and editing papers), a Spreadsheet program, a Database program and Presentation software. It also comes with a powerful Anti-Virus program that keeps you protected 24/7, 365 days a year. Also installed is the fantastic Windows Media Player, Movie Maker, Internet Explorer (Web Browser), Outlook Express (Email Program) and many other great, must have programs.

Once this process completes, we then install a Fresh and Licensed Version of Microsoft Windows. All Current Windows Updates and Device Drivers are also freshly installed. This gives the computer a fresh start and allows you to completely personalize this computer to your needs. We also include a comprehensive software package to really make this the perfect computer.

We label our computers as refurbished. Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our refurbishment process. Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. Our Qualified Technicians meticulously perform this process at our Service Center. We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections. This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order.
Warranty
We place an outstanding 30 day warranty on this item. The warranty guarantees that this item will not be DOA upon arrival. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Please email us at support@blairtg.com with warranty requests.
Shipping
Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS or USPS. All of our items are packed extremely well in High Quality Double Wall Boxes with excellent interior padding.
