We do not accept returns, please be sure this is what you want.  After you confirm to buy then that is what I expect you to do without exception.   Now I do it mostly because I am on a limited income and the money is already spent by the time you want to do a return.

HERE IS ANOTHER REASON:  A lady bought a coat from me and my policy is always clearly printed no returns. But this lady wants to return it anyway and she tells me that the coat smells like mold.  I am aghast - I had it in the back room of my store waiting for winter to come to put out.  There are no leaks that we can't find any thing else that is moldy, but I figure why would she lie?  So I tell her to send the coat back since it is moldy - that if it is truly moldy it should never have been sent to her in the first place.  She waits 12 days to return it after she received it.  I ask if she can't breathe around it - why would she want it in her home? 

She says, she had company for the last week and it just didn't get done.  The day after she mails it, I receive the coat.  I haven't opened it and I take it to my cleaners and explain to them about the coat and we open the box.  Now my cleaners is a Asian woman with a very sensitive nose.  She says, "no mold - perfume."  She shows it to her husband and he agrees and hands me the coat an I bury my face into the coat shoulder - inside.  No mold smell but plenty of perfume.

So now, there is definitely no returns and you can thank the lady for it.

 

 SHIPPING

1. IF you are paying for expedited service - get it fast - than I ship in 1 day.
2. I take to the post office.
3. All other packages are picked up by the post office at my home.
4. ALL priority & first class from Pay pal ship within 3 - 5 days of the cleared payment.
5. Do not count weekends or holidays.
6. Us Insurance is not offered, however if you would like insurance, please advise me before you bid and I will add it to this item.
7. International insurance is included - per Pay Pal rules.
8. Insurance - Insurance is listed on the package near the top, if you purchased it. When you have damages, take the entire box, merchandise and papers to the post office to be reimbursed on your damage claim by the post office. I will work with you until the matter is solved & you are PAID by the POST OFFICE. .
9. I only ship through the post office.

• First Class - is the slowest and cheapest way. Have been told can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
• Priority Mail - usually takes 2-4 days despite what they say and can take up to a week for delivery, especially around the holidays.
• Get it Fast or Express - Is suppose to be delivered in 1 day but some people don't get it for 3 or 4 days. There is an overnight guaranteed from the post office but I would have to inquire on the cost for you, please ask in advance of bidding or buying.
