Original U.S. Pressing of Faxed Head-Necrogenometry, 45 RPM 7" Single EP, Amarillo Records, 1993!

Trey Spruance of Mr. Bungle/Secret Chiefs 3/Faith No More/Estradasphere is the guitarist/keyboardist of this death metal band, under the pseudonym Neck Head. Danny Heifetz of Mr. Bungle also is in the band.

The lead vocalist is Gregg Turkington, better known these days as stand-up comedian Neil Hamburger (performing in Faxed Head under the name McPatrick Head).
