By bidding on any auctions from CROXGEAR, you (the customer/ebayer)
are 100% agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please
fully read before bidding. No exceptions once you have placed a
bid on our auctions.
Restocking Fee
All sales are final, no refund.
A 15% restocking fee of the item price will
be applied to all returns issued for a refund. No exceptions.
Those exchanging products due to defective items or mishaps will
not be subject to the restocking fee.
Shipping and
Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling charges are
Non-refundable.
The ONLY time that shipping and handling charges will be refunded
is if you are accidentally shipped an incorrect product and no
longer want the product you ordered due to time constraints.
Otherwise, there are no exceptions as the shipping and handling
charges will have been applied. Please keep in mind that you are
agreeing to this by bidding on this auction.
Warranty
We stand behind every item that we sell and
will do everything possible to ensure that you're 100% satisfied.
Some products we carry offer manufacturers warranty in which the
customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer for a
replacement. If you have a problem with your product within 14
days of receipt of merchandise, please contact us immediately.
If you receive your package
and find that it is defective, we will gladly replace the product
for you, even if the auction Xr? Xr? "Sales are Final".
Please keep in mind this is ONLY if the unit received is
defective. We'll be happy to facilitate a replacement for you once
we receive the product back in our warehouse. The timeframe for
which to report the defective item is 14 days, after which we will
no longer accept the return. x?u x?u Ã??Ã??Z ֈ?ֈ xÃ?t |

Please e-mail
us for an RMA # ( Return Merchandise Authorization # ) before
sending the defective unit. Packages without an RMA # will be
rejected and we will not responsible for any lost.

For returned
defective item (which is very rare), we will test and replace it
within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for the postage when returning
the item to us, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing
a new item to you. S&H fee is non-refundable. If the product
is tested to be NOT defective, Buyer is responsible to pay for
both way shipping and we will only waive the service fee.

Shipping and
handling charges do not reflect actual postage. There are many
fee's associated with selling on-line auctions and they are added
into the "Handling" portion of shipping and handling.
Please agree with the S&H charge before placing bids.
Shipments
Damaged by Carrier
If you receive your package and the inner
contents are damaged, please contact us immediately. If possible,
we highly recommend that you take a picture of the damaged box and
items. We will then use your photos and descriptions to file
a damage claim with the carrier. Once the claim is complete and
the carrier issues us a refund check, we will then send the replacement
product to you. Please keep in mind that this process
may take anywhere from 7-14 business days. We will only supply an
exchange when there is a damage claim, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
