FEAR #4 was published in the United Kingdom by Newsfield Publications and has 82 pages plus covers. I have a full size scan of the cover so that you can see the condition of this magazine. It's in excellent condition with some minor spine roll,tiny edge and cover creases, and minor cover wear from handling.
