The buyer accepts the following; 
All used Guitars will have signs of wear, marks, small dings, and use.
Some Guitars could/can have buckle damage on the back of the guitar.
All Items are being sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied
as thats why online prices are lower.

Buyer pays posted shipping price and item(s) must be

insured to sale win/price value - without question.

This is a purchase contract and your bid agrees to the all of the above.
Buyer accepts terms that payment must be received instantly with buy-it-now and

within 48 hours after ending of the auction or the item will go to 2nd highest bidder.

Please be prepared to finish transaction after the auctions end. No exceptions!

Please check our feedback, almost 1400 eBay transactions with 100% positive.

We describe each item accurately and you cannot have buyers remorse due to 

losing the farm, spouse says no (after) or because there is a specific inperfection

you either overlooked, didn't read fully in the description, or didn't question.

You accept the guitar as is, in used condition with discussed/listed wear and

standard listed signs of use which are appropriate/usual for most used items.

OUR POLICIES:

 In all cases items are removed from our sales floor with your winning bid.

We then require immediate payment. If you cannot pay immediately

please do not bid. We are a Used/Vintage guitar shop, if you do not pay

immediately this places a hold on our inventory which may have been able

to sell here locally. Your prompt payment is appreciated. If you cannot

pay instantly and wish to arrange other payment(s), please inquire first, 

before bidding. We can special order/find anything and welcome special

new/used requests. We will make all attempts to accommodate your request at

the best and lowest possible price anywhere & always below blue book pricing.

  Items are as described accurately, your purchase is a contract,

please don't bid and "think". We suggest you find a local dealer

if you are interested in "trying" a specific guitar. Guitars are not

well suited to be shipped back and forth, one trip is enough.

Once a new item is shipped in all cases we can no longer sell that

won item as new. Please Be sure of your purchase. We test and

inspect every item completely before shipping so there is no

chance of unknown defect(s). If you notice a flaw not described in the

listing, it is your responsibility to (call for RA# approval) & ship the guitar back to us.

That is the direct result of shopping online, we do not pay return shipping. Action,

intonation, strings and setup are of a personal nature, we guarantee all guitars

as they come from our store. They are checked to play like butter but not necessarily

to your action height. In the rare case of shipping company damage please save all

packing materials and we will file a claim ASAP. Once again check our feedback,

as we stand behind what we sell and we do not ship any item(s) that is/are not fully

inspected and tested.  In colder climates guitars MUST be kept in the box for at

least 1-hour or long enough to be brought to room temperature slowly prior to

opening the box. If the temperature is under 50 degrees we suggest 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:

All items must be fully insured by buyer.

No lying to customs as to the value of item shipped.

Australia will not let a package in from the US that is the

size of an average Strat, P-Bass or les paul in a case from USPS

so Kiwi guitar shipments should be done in gigbags only (for size).

If not, shipping costs thru UPS and fedex could be double or triple!
