For customer service regarding any aspect of your eBay purchase from catscatscats (before or after sale), please contact us through eBay messages. We believe almost any issue can be resolved through friendly communication.
Our goals are simple- to offer the best and most interesting goodies available anywhere, to pack properly so you receive your purchases safely and in a timely manner, to price shipping fairly so you do not pay more than necessary, and overall to treat you the way we would want to be treated
SHIPPING COST
Domestic buyers (PLEASE READ): our domestic shipping charge includes postage, coverage against loss or damage, and any necessary packing materials (we do not charge a handling fee for labor). Sales tax in Florida is collected separately. Also, please note that when shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any US possessions), Parcel Post may not be available, and if it is, shipping will take a long time.
International buyers (PLEASE READ): our international shipping charge includes US$4.00 handling per package not per item on most purchases (including packing materials), the actual postage charge, and any necessary additional protection against loss or damage if the item is expensive (over US$100.00). The shipping charge does NOT include any duty, VAT or brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer if they are assessed in the buyer's Country. We ship mostly via Priority Mail International, or First Class Mail International if the item is small and of low value (generally less than US$25.00). Per US and International Customs laws, we do not mark any items as "GIFT", we do not discount the value of the item, we do not include the shipping charge as part of the value.
Also, before bidding, please confirm that the item you want can actually be shipped to your Country. Some items are simply too large to easily be shipped Internationally, and remember that many Countries have strict provisions regarding imports. If you have any questions, including customs related, please contact us prior to bidding. We may be able to help.
Discounted Shipping; for both domestic and international buyers, if you purchase multiple items, it is best to wait before paying until we have consolidated your order and sent you a combined invoice with a single discounted shipping rate.
DELIVERY TIME
Our goal is to have your purchase to the Post Office or other carrier for shipment within three business days of receipt of cleared payment. However, actual delivery time will be primarily dependent upon the carrier, the type of delivery service selected, and the distance the package has to travel, all factors which we have no control over.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We allow returns for refund of bid only, from the original buyer, subject to prior return authorization, subsequent mutual transaction cancellation and our inspection. Please contact us via eBay messages to let us know about any returns and to receive a return authorization. We do not generally offer partial refunds. All returns require our security sticker to be intact, and the returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received and as reported to us. If the return is the result of a significant error on our part, we also refund domestic shipping. However, errors do not include failure to mention minor manufacturing flaws exhibited by most old or antique items. INTERNATIONAL NOTE- We do not refund shipping to or from international destinations for any reason, nor do we refund duty or VAT.
