Return/Exchange Policy

1. Returns are acepted just for defect of the manufacture, not wrong  zise or wrong color OR for used items ask before you bid
2. Returns are accepted less all shipping fees and are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.
3. Exchanges are permitted less original and secondary shipping costs.
   

1. The buyer is responsible any outstanding balance resulting from an exchange for an item of greater value.
2. Shipping is a service we provide and is non-refundable.
3. The buyer is responsible for both the full initial flat rat shipping costs as well as return shipping.
4. The buyer must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery of intent to return or exchange.
5. The buyer must complete an eBay "mutual agreement not to complete transaction."  We will send this form to you via email upon receiving notification of your intent to return or exchange.
6. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition.
7. All items must be unused with tags, paperwork & accessories.
8. If applicable, the gift box or dust cover bag included must be returned.
9. The item(s) must be returned insured for the full purchase amount or more.
10. Delivery confirmation or other tracking is also required to insure safe and timely delivery.
11. The item(s) must be received within 3 days of initial delivery.
12. Upon safe receipt of the item(s) and full adherence to all return/exchange policies we will either issue a refund via the original payment method within 3 days and/or ship the new item in the event of an exchange.
13. NANCYPIDAN reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if we deem that any of the above conditions have not been met to our satisfaction.
14. All the items has a OPTIONAL INSURANCE VALUE if you don't pay that is not our responsability the lost or damage of the item on the shipping process
