BEAUTIFUL NEW WOOD HANDCRAFTED WOOD MODEL FERRY

STATEN ISLAND FERRY - Started service in 1817

The Staten Island Ferry is the famous New York passenger ferry that runs between Manhattan and Staten Island.

THE MODEL IS 24” LONG X 16” HIGH

 
The model is handcrafted from scratch by skilled craftsmen using plank on frame construction. The hull is joined by multi-pieces of dry thinwooden bar together. Inside the hull a special glue is used which helps thin wooden bars stay close to one another and not split, crack or twist when the weather changes. The construction method is entirely by hand and it takes hundreds of man hours to finish.

THE MODEL SHIP IS NOT A TOY AND SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM CHILDREN. 

Shipping rate is for continental U.S. only.  INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS  Accepted through PAYPAL.

We will process the order within three business days or sooner after receiving payment.  The model ship will be sent via Fedex Ground and can take up to 7 business days to arrive within the lower 48 states.  A tracking number will be provided after we ship out the item.  All shipments are FULLY INSURED and we take care of all the claims hassles.  Oversized items may be shipped by Freight.  If the buyer is in Alaska or Hawaii please contact me for the exact shipping cost.
