Auctions & Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel bids or transactions from buyers with a low, no, or negative feedback score and/or percentage.  We reserve the right to end our auctions early.  Winning Bidders must respond and make payment arrangements within 10 days of auction closing.  If you do not contact us, your bid may be cancelled, resulting in negative feedback and/or other appropriate action.

Shipping

We reserve the right to ship via UPS or USPS.  The shipping quoted at the top of this listing is for the lower 48 US states only.  Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders.  All orders require a physical address to ship to.  Paypal also requires a confirmed address for shipping.

We cannot mark items as "gift" on customs declaration forms.  Also, your winning bid is the value that will be claimed on all international documents.  No Exceptions.  Be advised, tracking is not available on international shipments.

Warranty

We warranty all of our products for 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. You should report any defects within 7 days from delivery so as for us to proceed with the replacement or refund process.

Discount

The only discount we currently offer is on combining eBay items that are shipped together.  Winning bidders/buyers are eligible for 20% off their total shipping price on their combined items.  It is the buyer's responsibilty to adjust shipping upon making payment.  The opportunity for discount ends upon receiving payment from the buyer for all items to be combined.

Feedback

We are happy to post feedback for buyers who have posted for us.  If you are satisfied with our transaction, please leave your comment with eBay and we will respond in kind.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please read the listing before bidding, and if unsure, email us with questions.  In select cases, we may allow you to purchase alternate items from our stock instead of the auctioned item (only if item is in stock).  Shipping and Handling will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.  No Refund after 7 days.  No Exception.
