BEAD COLOR NAME |
Manufacturers commonly give a "name" to glass beads based upon familiar colors and/or pattern characteristics of gemstones and crystals. The "name" is not meant to imply the beads contain, or are made of these materials. Genuine gemstones and crystals will always be clearly noted in description. | |
| COLOR INTEGRITY |
We are proud to offer a line of glass beads in which 97% of them are pure "colored glass". Manufacturers achieve certain colors and/or effects by "coating" a clear glass bead. We do carry about 1-2% of these "coated" beads. However, All are top quality. |
| DARKER COLORS |
A "Garnet color" bead has an inherent characteristic of turning almost black when stored without air or light. After shipping, exposure in a "regular" household environment will return them to their true rich red color. This might apply to other dark colors. |

We carry two beautiful "Color Changing" beads in a variety of shapes, styles and sizes. The Swarovski® "Cantaloupe" and the Czech "Alexandrite" beads. Their color will change according to their light source. (sunlight, incandescent, fluorescent, etc.) If you have not yet experienced this visual phenomenon...I highly recommend it! |

Standard delivery times average 2-4 days depending on your location
Standard flat US Postal Service 1st Class Mail: Items cannot exceed a combined weight of 13 ounces. Packages which exceed the First Class weight limit will be shipped according to the fastest delivery time possible according to the package weight. Possible services might include options such as; USPS Priority or Parcel Post also UPS Ground, 3-day Select or 2nd Day Air. A faster or different shipping service is always available to you upon request, (some requests might involve additional cost). We keep shipping costs down to a minimum. All packing material, tape, boxes, bags, labels, envelopes, etc. and Tracking and Delivery Confirmation is provided at no additional cost. INSURANCE: STRONGLY ADVISED IN THE EVENT OF A LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE. If you request insurance, USPS additional rate for a value of up to $50 the additional cost is $1.75 - up to $100 for $2.25 -and- $2.75 for $100-200 worth of coverage. Any future rate increases and/or other changes will be reflected in the "Shipping and Payments" tab at the top of this listing, and will be the final determining factor in calculating an invoice for the above services. |

PayPal is the quickest and most versatile way to complete a transaction. It's fast and easy to sign up too! You can pay via "eCheck", Credit or Debit cards. PayPal charges us a fee for each payment we receive. Make ONLY ONE PAYMENT for ALL purchases (including "free shipping" items), these requirements must be followed to receive the "Combined Shipping Discount" rate on non-free ship items. Please communicate via email any questions you might have regarding purchase(s), total, ship service and/or rates BEFORE paying, as refunds cost us both time and money. Payment is expected within 7 days of your FIRST Purchase or Auction win. An accurate invoice with possible seller discounts can only be produced by requesting an invoice from us directly via email. If payment is not received by the 10th day a reminder will be sent to request payment. Any special circumstances resulting in non-payment can be worked through, but timely communication is essential to achieve a flexible outcome. After 14 days with no response, an "Unpaid Item(s)" claim will be filed. Your account can be suspended by eBay for non-payment. |

This keeps our desk clear and your package on it's way! An invoice will be sent at that time. In order to receive the "Combined Shipping Discount" rate, you must make only one payment for all purchases, (including "free shipping" items. (We do have a Resale License which obligates us to pay sales tax. A "no-tax" bonus for California residents is just another excellent reason to shop with us! The discount rate for combined shipping is typically $2.00 for the first item and .25¢ for each additional item, (heavier items require more postage). The highest shipping rate (of all the combined items selected) will apply as the "First" Item. Only items listed with Free Shipping are Free, and should still be paid with your other purchases with one payment. Store purchases of 35 lots or more will receive FREE SHIPPING! Request a discounted invoice for this free shipping offer. If payment is received by Noon PST, it will ship that business day. Payments made after, will be shipped the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday - No Holidays or Weekends. We take great care in packaging your order, no breakage! All our merchandise is New and Unused unless otherwise stated.
Return and Refund...We are happy to accommodate you with any item(s) that do not please you. There are no Exchanges or Credits given...we don't believe in forcing you to buy again through substitutions. Since a shipping service will already have been paid for, we apologize for not being able to refund the money used to ship your package. Although we strive for perfection, if a rare error does occur on our end, we will of course cover ALL costs involved to resolve. You must follow the same 7 day guideline for "MISSING ITEM(s)" as with "RETURNS". If you request the item(s) be sent or expect a refund. Claiming item(s) missing after 7 days of delivery is not acceptable and renders your claim invalid. We ask that you send return merchandise back in original packaging, and on the original string (if a bead item), in full quantity received and must include your ebay ID name within 7 days of receiving your package. Upon receival of returned items your money will be refunded by posting to your PayPal account. PayPal charges a nominal fee for you to receive this money. Lack of any or all unfulfilled requirements will delay refund and/or proper credit. Return form is no longer required and Packing Slips have been eliminated in an effort to "go green", saving paper. You may specifically request a packing slip to be sent.
