THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL,CIRCA 1790, CHINESE EXPORT ARMORIAL GARNITURE SET.
THE WIDE ENAMEL DARK BLUE BORDER WITH GOLD LEAVES AND STARS IS TRULY STUNNING; NOT TO MENTION THE LOVELY SWAG ARMORIAL WITH THE LOVE BIRDS AND THE WONDERFUL FOO DOG FINIAL, WHICH IS SUPERB.
THIS LARGE THREE PIECE SET IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE COVERED VASE IS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND ONE OF THE BEAKER VASES IS PERFECT, AS WELL. THE OTHER BEAKER VASE HAS A V-SHAPED RIM REPAIR THAT WAS ONLY A BREAK WITH NO ADDED PIECES. ALSO, THERE IS A TIGHT 4" HAIRLINE, AND YOU CAN SEE ALL OF THIS IN THE PICTURES. BUT OVER ALL THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT PERIOD AMERICAN MARKET GARNITURE SET FROM THE 1790'S.
THE COVERED VASE MEASURES 12 1/2" HIGH AND THE BEAKER VASES MEASURE 10" HIGH.
