We strive to ship within 3 working days of receipt of your payment unless it is a personalized, custom or finished item. Even though we securely wrap each package with the greatest of care, the post office is not always as careful with delivery.
Insurance is at your option, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage once package is shipped! Insurance is automatically included on parcels but not on small packets. Please let us know if you would like insurance added. Seller is not responsible for postal service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package origin and destination particularly during peak periods. International orders may take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.
