international buyers: please do NOT pay until you are invoiced. the ebay calculator often quotes a higher shipping rate than i would charge.

MINT LOTS-if not specifically described as all MNH then assume some are hinged. in lots, assume mixed condition unless otherwise stated. stamps described with faults, or are a mixed grade/condition, are NOT returnable. stamps without a certificate are not warranted. i do my best at identification and my feedback reflects that. returns are to be made only after email approval. unsolicited returns will not be accepted. shipping/handling charges NOT refundable.
