Fisher Price stuffed fabric toy designed to hang over front seat back rest, facing baby's car seat in back to provide entertainment during trips. Ocean motif with clear vinyl, water-filled globe in middle, filled with plastic fish, seahorse & starfish which swirl through the water in clouds of bubbles when either of 2 big padded buttons, marked with baby feet, at bottom of toy are kicked or pushed. Mirror at top to reflect baby's face. Adjustable nylon strap & clasp allow toy to be mounted on any car seat or on crib or playpen. Approx. 22" long x 9" wide. NO batteries required. Only flaw found is slight clouding of mirror. Will ship parcel post or priority mail.
