Put in the cartridge and start learning... has a sing along microphone (you can record your child voice while singing along), big buttons (for small hands), lights up to show children where to go, you can scroll through the screens for different stories (usually about10- 15 screen per tape), has music identification and questions (you find the answer)...I have 9 different tapes for this system included are:

All tapes are in excellent working condition... the system is also in excellent working condition and comes with the batteries....the system does show normal wear and tear (scratches on the front and back )
