While this is a played with set, for the most part it is in good condition. Garage door opens and closes as it should, bell on front door works, as does the door. Lots of pictures so you can see condition for yourself. Packed weight is 8 pounds, and can ship UPS, priority mail or parcel post - your choice. I do not ship out of the US - see explanation below.

• Most items I sell are vintage or used, unless otherwise noted. Items that are new will have "NEW" in the description.

• Most of the items I sell are consignment items, and I do not own them, so I do not know much history of them. I will tell all I know, and what I see. I do have the items in my possession when I list them, so ask questions if I fail to describe something you feel is important.
• I do my best to describe everything I see on an item, but please ask before bidding if you are unsure of anything.
• The picture and description detail the entire item up for auction. If I do not describe and/or picture a part (such as a box or accessories) then it is not included in the auction.
• I try to describe as much about the item as possible, but understand not every single detail may be described and vintage items are rarely mint. Use the description and the picture to get an understanding of the condition of the item. All measurements are approximate.
• Ask questions if you have anything specific you wish to know I have not mentioned.

MY SHIPPING TERMS:

Buyer will please remit auction total plus postage within 5 days. Shipping is by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS - your choice. All items I mail are carefully wrapped and boxed for protection, with adequate protective material (bubble wrap, packing peanuts or foam) added to the package. I do not mail in padded envelopes, plain brown envelopes or flimsy boxes! Your item will arrive carefully packed just as I sent it out!

Postage costs are based on where you live in relationship to me. If you want to know the postage cost before bidding, PLEASE use the "calculate shipping" box using your zip code and it will give you the cost to your home, including free delivery confirmation and a handling fee of $1.75 for packing materials. You are paying for exact shipping cost (item is packed and weighed prior to listing so weight is accurate) plus the small fee of $1.75 to cover tissue paper, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, packing tape and paper and glue for the address label and gas to the post office- all of which I have to pay for! I do not profit from the shipping cost you are paying, USPS, the gas station and the companies I purchase packing materials from are getting the shipping charge you are paying, not me!

When using PayPal payments your items are shipped out the day after they payment is received. I ship every day except Sunday so you will get your item quickly.

My account is set up to only accept payments from those with confirmed addresses. Item will be sent to the Paypal confirmed address on your account.

I am sorry, I am not accepting bids at this time if you live out of the US. Please don't email and ask. Answer will be no. This policy came about because I had 2 unethical people scam me - 1 from England, 1 from Australia. Both claimed non-receipt of package less than a week after it was shipped, and Paypal refunded the entire auction proceeds. I was out the item, the money, and the shipping cost. The Australian had the nerve to list the item on eBay a month later (I know it was the same item, it was a watch with a serial number) So, no, I am not accepting out of US bids.

Per eBay rules, I do not end auctions early so you can buy the item off eBay, nor do I "make deals" on unsold items after the auction ends.
