Do you ship outside USA? No, our operations are confined to domestic (USA) sales only therefore we cannot export to Canada, Mexico, UK, Nigeria or any other non USA country regardless if buyers are willing to shoulder shipping.

I am from another country but have a shipping address in the USA can I buy? No, we have automatic filters set up with eBay all non USA buyers will be filtered. Simply have whoever it is in the USA buy the item for you using their eBay account.

I want the order shipped to another address other than the Paypal confirmed address in my order is this possible? No, in compliance with eBay and Paypal security memos all orders must be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address of the order.

Do you allow local pickup? No, we operate with a network of suppliers from various states all over the USA. All orders are to be shipped.

What forms of payment do we accept?  We only accept  payments through Paypal. You can use your credit/debit card, bank account with Paypal. We do not have any facilities to charge cards directly do not email us your card info.

Can I track my order online? Most orders can be tracked online since UPS automatically sends out tracking numbers as the package is shipped but regrettably some cannot be tracked. Please add quantumviewnotify@ups.com in your safe senders list. Orders valued more than $100.00 are shipped with signature required.

When can I expect delivery? Please allow up to 10 “business” days for delivery. However, depending on the buyer's location, most of the items are delivered within 5 business days.

Are there additional charges to AK, PR, HI and all other states not in the 48 contiguous states? Yes, please email us for a quotation for additional shipping charge before purchasing the item.

Can I get a better price? All prices posted on the auctions are our lowest – no best offers, package deals or combined shipping. Shipping breaks for multiple orders are often already posted on the auction if not indicated none are offered.

What are your hours of operation? Hours of operation are M-F excluding holidays 10:30am -4:30pm PST.

What are the terms of sale and returns? All sales are final and contractually binding. Please make sure of your purchase. There are no returns for refunds - defective merchandise will be exchanged or repaired at the seller’s prerogative. Should you find a manufacturing defect in your product within 7 days when product was received, simply contact us with an exact description of the problem; We will send you a return label so you can drop off the defective item at any UPS store for the return and we will ship you a brand new replacement product or upgrade (at our/seller’s discretion). Should you have a defect in your product after 7 days from the date it was received and within a year after purchase , simply contact us with an exact description of the problem; you will be provided with instructions for you to send back the product at your expense, and will have the product serviced then returned to you. Please print out a receipt using your Paypal account for your records.

Do you leave feedbacks? Yes, our feedbacks are automated, leave us a POSITIVE feedback first and the system will automatically leave one for you. No need to request for a feedback, just leave us one. If you have a problem with your order, or any other issues for that matter, please do not jump the gun and leave NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK right away. Please contact us first and allow us the opportunity to resolve the situation in a professional manner, without resorting to any unnecessary negative actions.

Do you guarantee the accuracy of the product information provided? Unfortunately no, for more updated info on the auctioned product please refer directly to the manufacturers’ official website and customer service for accurate and updated information.

Can you help in technical, operational questions of products? We try our best to answer questions but since we are largely a seller than an end user we cannot guarantee accuracy or the means to do so. All manufacturers have their own dedicated customer support group that has been specially trained for this purpose.

Is email communication your only means? Yes, emails provide a written record of conversations or a paper trail which no human memory can surpass. Furthermore, we do not deal outside eBay and the only way to purchase is to click buy it now at the auction itself.
