IT COVERS THE SHOPPING CART AND HIGHCHAIR. IT FOLDS INTO ITSELF FOR CARRYING PURPOSES, IT HAS POCKETS FOR TOYS OR BOTTLES/SIPPY CUPS, AND A LATCH TO SECURE YOUR CHILD IN.
