This two piece Baby Pink and Black boutique Dress or Outfit is truly precious.   The top is made of jersey 100% cotton fabric.  There are three layers of coordinating stripes, floral and polka dots trimmed with pink ruffles.  The chest adorns an embroidered flower.  A black satin ribbon wraps around the waist and ties in the back for a great fit.
