About the Area Where the Property is Located:

The majestic St. Johns River flows through the heart of Putnam County, also known as the "Bass Capital of the World". It's waters abound with Largemouth Bass, Speckled Perch, Bream, Striped Bass and Catfish. Also, Blue Crabs and Shrimp are caught in the St. Johns River in season. Some 40 plus fish camps and resorts with complete facilities for the avid fisherman dot the banks of the St. Johns River.
