This recent/new oil painting is on a 9 inch by 12 inch piece of masonite. It is very well done with vivid colors and great Florida content featuring 3 birds wading in a back country waterway. It is signed "C Wheeler" (in blue) in the lower left corner. Charles "Chico" Wheeler is one of the 26 Original Highwaymen listed by Gary Monroe. He was also inducted into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame in March of 2004. This auction includes an artist signed C.O.A. and authenticity is guaranteed.
