HALLMARK: Signed - Mavin. J (possible J. Mavin). CONDITION: Very Good; well preserved condition; frame has some surface dust; masonite board is backed with old magazine ad; painting could use a professional cleaning but may be hung and appreciated as is. DIMENSIONS: Painting on Board - 12.0" x 16.0"; Frame - 20.0" x 24.0" approximately; molding is 4.0". Other scenic paintings are currently being auctioned. Thank you for your time.
