DESCRIPTION DETAILS: This vintage hardcover nonfiction book was published in 1963. It is titled, "The Complete Book of Fresh Water Fishing." It was written by P. Allen Parsons with drawings by Ray Pioch. The book is part of my late husband's library so it is not new and comes as is. The binder is weakening in the middle of the book, and it is missing a section of pages in chapter 15 that included a colored chart of Dry Fly Plates on pp. 160-176. The two plate pages remaining are loose. The book discusses all types of fresh water fish in depth, with word sketches of the different species covering their habits and nature. It describes the tackle to use, how to use it in a way to catch fish, and much, much more. It has 332 pages. Thanks for looking!
