PAYMENT POLICY

PayPal ONLY!    PayPal payments MUST BE PAID within 5 days of auction end.   ALL BUY IT NOW auctions MUST be paid IMMEDIATELY! Failure to pay will result in “Payment Not Received” report filed with EBay.  Buyers paying through PayPal with E-CHECK, are advised it may take up to 2 weeks for your E-CHECK to clear.  Seller can NOT ship your item until the E-CHECK is credited to the SELLERS PAYPAL account.  This TIMEFRAME in processing the E-CHECK should NOT REFLECT SHIPPING TIME FRAME AGAINST THE SELLER IN DETERMINING SHIPPING FEEDBACK RATING.

SHIPPING POLICY

I ship most dependable and economical.  I pack all breakables in extra-extra packing material.  I ship within 1 DAY of received payment, except Sundays and Holidays.   All U.S. domestic shipments come with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and TRACKING

DAMAGE/LOST INSURANCE IS NOT OFFERED – The Seller can NOT control how your package is handled once your package is delivered to the shipping agency.  If the Buyer requests INSURANCE, please email the seller PRIOR to payment, allowing the Seller to adjust the invoice.

NON U.S.A. -  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.  Please check with your country’s customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what this additional cost will be.

VERY IMPORTANT TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

PLEASE be advised PRIOR to purchase; the SELLER nor USPS can NOT control the delivery timeframe or the confiscation of goods from the Buyers country of origin CUSTOMS agency, therefore, by purchasing this item, you (the buyer) understand  there’s limited assistance the seller can do to locate your item, and BUYER agrees NOT to file a missing claim.  The SELLER provides PROOF to the BUYER of the CUSTOMS CN-22 DECLARATION package number and proof the package was scanned and accepted by USPS.  Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your item.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

Shipping will be combined (if applicable) and discounted, if bidding/winning multiple  listed items within a 7 day period.  Please inform Seller immediately if you’re bidding on additional item(s), allowing Seller to hold off on sending final invoice.  Any shipping discounts (combined shipping, etc.) will be calculated during the seller to buyer invoice process, please wait for the final “seller” invoice.  In some cases combining items may require the package to be shipped a higher weight, thus combined shipments may NOT be the most cost effective to the buyer.  Please take this into consideration when asking about combined item discounts.  THERE IS NO COMBINE SHIPPING DISCOUNT ON AUCTION SYTLE LISTINGS.  ANY SHIPPING DISCOUNTS CAN ONLY BE APPLIED TO BUY IT NOW LISTINGS WITH MULTIPLE PURCHASES ON THE SAME INVOICE.

RETURN POLICY

I make every effort to describe each listing as clearly as possible.  Seller ONLY refunds the purchased price if the item was WILDLY misrepresented.   We appreciate your business and want you satisfied with your purchase.  All our items are inspected prior to shipping.  Items to be returned, must be in the ORIGINAL state as received from the seller and MUST be returned to the SELLER in the exact same manner. ITEM CAN NOT BE WORN, DAMAGED, ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANYWAY.  THERE ARE NO REMORSE REFUNDS!  ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

HANDLING FEE

Calculated into Shipping fee. Due to the cost of Packing Material, i.e., Bubble Pac, Special Packaging, Boxes, Envelopes, Labeling, Tape, Post Office deliveries (gas prices), Wrapping, etc.  Fee may increase for oversized packages.  Increases will be clearly outlined in listing description.  Fee may be discounted or waived due to combined/discounted shipping.
