The Footsteps of Illidan

One of the best parts of Servants of the Betrayer was the introduction of the new super common variety of Loot card that gives players (or, in the case of Papa Hummel’s Old-Fashioned Pet Biscuits, their pets) Loot items that are easier to get but are consumed when they’re used. The tradition continues with The Hunt for Illidan, where players will be able to follow in the footsteps of Illidan himself:

Each Footsteps of Illidan Loot card will give players a stack of 50 consumable charges that, when used, will give their character a trail of glowing green footprints behind them when they run or walk. While not recommended if you’re trying to sneak the flag back to your base in Warsong Gulch, walking the Path of Illidan will help any player make an entrance in style! While the buff won’t last through death, it will stay active while your character zones in, so don’t be worried about losing the effect if you hearth or enter an instance.
