Shipping Information:

We ship Monday thru Friday via UPS and USPS. We will get your order out as soon as possible. If your payment is received before USPS and UPS pickups your order will be shipped the same day, if not, it's shipped on the next business day.

If your order is shipped UPS or USPS priority mail, you should receive an email from the selected carrier showing shipment information and tracking number.

Tracking numbers are also now available on eBay under "My eBay" - "Items Won".

Orders shipped via USPS priority mail or parcel post are limited to delivery confirmation. Normally the only information you will see with your confirmation number is the date your label was created and when your order is delivered.

UPS shipments are fully traceable and you can see every stop your items makes.  We do offer UPS Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air Services.  These premium services are expensive, but we will be glad to quote you.

USPS parcel post is also available as an alternative shipping method. While parcel post can be less expensive, please allow up to 15 mailing days to receive your order.  We do not recomment parcel post because it can be SLOW.

We will combine as much of the shipping charges as possible. Shipping is based on the weight of your order and the size box it is packaged in (very large boxes and items that can not be shipped in a box are subject to an oversize or additional shipping charge by most carriers).

We try to save you as much on shipping as possible and we feel our shipping charges are very reasonable. We charge the actual shipping charge to you plus a very small handling fee that averages from .50 to 1.50 on your order.

When ordering multiple items, please order all items before proceeding through the "checkout" process or wait for us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges.  If you do overpay on shipping, we will issue your a refund. 

General Information:

All parts for sale unless otherwise stated are new replacement tractor parts. Manufacturer's names and OEM part numbers are given for reference purposes only.

Right Hand/Left Hand - Right hand/Left hand is determined as you are sitting on the tractor.

Warranty:

Parts are covered by warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If product is defective or damaged, buyer will receive a full purchase price refund or a replacement.  Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labor and/or final paint finish. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product.

Merchandise Returns:

Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated) and may be subjected to a 15% restocking charge. 

Electrical parts are generally not returnable, but please contact us if there is a problem. 

 No returns accepted on books or manuals.

All returned merchandise must include:

1. Copy of invoice/packing slip

2. Return Authorization - Please email or call us.

All Merchandise Returns must be made with transportation charges prepaid. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Damage Shipments & Shortages:

In the event of damage or shortage to any shipment, please call us at 803-428-3460. Please save all original packaging!

We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.

 

International Orders:

Payment for international orders must be paid with paypal or a major credit card.
No returns on international sales.
International Sales must be paid with paypal or Credit Card.

 Please Note: 

 Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. 

 These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
