As a courtesy to our customers we can run dock to dock freight quotes if all information is provided at the time of request, we need city, state and zip code.

We are not a freight company-if rate is accepted-payment is made directly to the freight company that is hired. Once equipment is released it is an agreement between you the customer and the freight company.

All Equipment MUST BE picked up within 10 business days or storage fee's will apply.

If this is an issue please contact our office before placing a bid on the equipment. We will work with you the best we can!!

If mailing in payment please note that payment MUST BE in our office within 5 business days of close of auction. We do post negative feedback for non paying bidders!!

We accept the following forms of payments: Business Checks( we do hold equipment until check clears which can take 7-10 business days), Cashiers Checks, Certified Funds, Money Orders and Bank Transfers upon your request, We DO NOT accept COD or any payment plans.

All payments must be in our Sales office in ILLINOIS before any release will be done. Once payment is recieved a release will be emailed or faxed to you and if a freight company is hired to them as well.

If you chose to pickup unit yourself please note that the ONLY forms of payments that will be accepted are: Cash, Certified Funds or Cashiers Check.

** If handling your own freight please note- Our location requires a DOCK HEIGHT ONLY truck due to safety and insurance reasons.  Our dock times are Monday thru Friday 8am til 3:30pm.  If a truck is sent in that does not meet the dock requirments you risk the chance of being refused to load!! **
