All of our products are typically in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we would notify you immediately.

  • Fedex Ground or USPS shipping within 48 contiguous US state for Free
  • Please add $10 USD for items shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. Canadian buyers are responsible for duties and taxes, please contact your local post office for more information.
  • A tracking number is provided once the shipment has left our warehouse.
  • Orders placed before 3 pm are usually shipped out the same business day once payment is received and processed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Paypal customers, we only ship to verified paypal addresses.
  • If you fail to pickup your package and it is returned to us, a $25 reshipping fee will be applied.

    • We do not drop ship items like some competitors do. When you order our product, it is shipped out from our warehouse in New York.

    Returns Information

  • Tools, accessories, dish antennas and auction sales are final and can not be returned.
  • Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 5 days.
    • Contact us before returning any item. You must request an RMA# for all returns, otherwise, all packages received without an RMA# will be rejected and delivered back at buyers expense.

     

    • For all domestic orders within the US, we accept all major credit cards and paypal only.

    • An 8.375% tax will be collected for NY State residents. For resale purchase, please fax over your Resale Certificate to 516-684-9805 Attn: Wholesale Department.

     

    A limited warranty is covered by the manufacturer.
