Transit time will usually be 5 to 10 business days (not guaranteed, depending on
your location.) within USA
DUE to
the fact that too many
packages get lost by regular first class mail, we have stopped shipping outside
USA by regular airmail( 20-45 DAYS) with the exception of few countries like
Canada,France, UK, Germany and Australia. See our shipping calculator at the
bottom to see if your country qualifies for first class mail. We want to
be very clear here. Packages shipped by first class mail DO NOT HAVE ANY
TRACKING information. Once the package leaves our warehouse we cannot
track it. If you do not get this package within 30 days of the shipping date,
please call your local customs office and the local post office to see if they
are holding any package for you. Once this fails notify us and we will start the
investigation after the mandtory 45 days have elapsed. As you can see this is a
not an easy process. So please please consider choosing EXPRESS mail or PRIORITY
MAIL.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL transit
time is 3-10 days( customers in Russia MUST use EXPRESS MAIL only )
PLEASE remember that the
transit times does not INCLUDE any time in CUSTOMS office of your country.
Sometimes custom office hold packages for more then 3 weeks. Countries
with extensive delays in customs are BRAZIL, Mexico, Belgium, Austria,
Portugal,
Israel, Germany, Italy and few other countries.
