Shipping rates are provided in a flat rate form. I have listed Parcel Post shipment for all items but will always upgrade at no charge to Priority Mail if the fees are comparable for the package size and destination (I am having a difficult time understanding the logic of the new rates!). For shipping to Canada, UPS or United State Postal Service will be used based on the available timeline and rates. Please feel free to let me know if you have a preference.
