France 13  1854 5c Green on greenish Emperor Louis Napoleon III, imperf horizontal pair, margins clear to barely in at bottom left.  Fresh!  Original gum, hinged, right stamp creased, fine appearance.  Ceres 2009 catalog value is $3,300.00!  Ex-Skinner.    An incredibly rare and impressive classic multiple at an excellent start price!
