I have very easy rules to follow-- and all of them are exactly how Ebay wants its sellers to operate.

1. I follow Ebay's rules on bidding and buying very strictly and expect you to abide by them as well. The " ASK THE SELLER A QUESTION" Tab is there so that if you have any questions about my auctions you can ask using that tab. I try to answer all questions within 6-8 hours of when they are asked-- I may be away at work so there may be a delay; I answer all questions so no question is irrelevant;
   
2. I ship every 3rd day due to my job. This is a HOBBY to me-- not a business. If your package requires me to buy new materials to properly protect, I will email you on the delay. I sometimes may even refund you shipping and handling if I think my delay was unreasonable;
3. I also combine shipping just hit the "request total from seller" tab; if you pay before I bill you I do not refund money;
4. Feedback, as created by Ebay, is left after you have left yours. This is because feedback is both the buyers and sellers way of keeping a transaction open while its being transacted. I will know you are happy with the transaction when I see your feedback and will close out the transaction that nite.  I try everything in my powers to treat Ebayer's the way I myself would want to be treated. After all, I would want a seller to work with me if I were the buyer having the problem.
5. SHIPPING --- SEE BELOW.  In 7 years now of selling on Ebay no delivery has ever been damaged, and in 7 years no delivery of mine failed to reach my customers. I always ship with delivery confirmation. IF YOU HAVE AN UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS-- you know that Ebay and PayPal do not protect you so I would highly recommend you purchase insurance.

1. INSURANCE POLICY: Insurance protects sellers-- not buyers. Therefore I have now made it "optional" on purchases under $50 and it will be REQUIRED on purchases over $50. Insurance is charged at the going USPS rate for the bid amount won. It is against state & federal law to profit from insurance charges.
