Payment Policy

We accept Paypal and credit card transactions only.

When paying with Paypal - please wait for your payment information to update.

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped only to the confirmed address with EBay and/or Paypal at the time of payment. Any updates to the shipping address must be made prior to payment.

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to maintain the shipping address information.  It is the buyer's responsibility to receive the package, or pick it up from the carrier's location. If the package is returned because of the failure of the buyer to receive or pick up the package, we will not be responsible. Failure to receive or pick up a package will result in the buyer paying reshipping costs (the shipping and handling costs for the reshipment of the package).

Alternatively, if a refund is requested, it will be issued, excluding shipping and handling costs and minus a 15% restocking fee.

Return and Refund Policies

Requests for return must be made prior to the return and be approved by us in order for any refund to be issued. 

Items must be shipped back within five business days from date of receipt.

All returns are at the BUYER'S EXPENSE (including regular returns, and factory defective items)
If items arrive defective, broken or damaged we must receive a notice of damaged items ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. We will not accept returns for damaged items if we are not notified of the damage on the same day of arrival.
Although shipping insurance is optional, if it is not purchased we are not responsible for DAMAGES, OR LOSS.

Regular Returns and Refunds:

Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, and minus a 15% restocking fee.

Return items must be:
Returned via UPS at the buyer's expense
In original, unopened, packaging
In sellable condition (item must NOT BE USED at all)

Returns will not be accepted if:

        Item is damaged by buyer

        It is returned incomplete

        Item is used, or not in sellable condition

Factory Defective Items:

We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be defective at the time of the first attempt to use or within the 7 day period. These items are subject to inspection to determine if the item was factory defective. Factory defective items will receive a refund for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, or a replacement will be sent at no cost to the buyer.
Returns must be made via UPS within 7 business days of receipt of the item. We must provide authorization for the return the item prior to its return.
