Up for auction is a leather bound book titled "The Flowers of Evil" by Charles Baudelaire.

Published by The Franklin Library, 1977, Limited Edition.

This Limited Edition of "The Flowers of Evil" is published exclusively for subscribers to
the Franklin Library collection The 100 Greatest Books of All Time.

The book is in NEAR FINE condition. It is very clean, inside and out. NOTE: A book plate and inscription have been neatly and cleanly removed from front white end paper, This has caused some thinning and minor damage to that white end paper.

This is a high quality early Franklin Library book: With full genuine leather binding, hubbed tooled
leather spine, 22 karat gold lettering/design on spine, front and back boards, gilt on all all sides of the book's pages, satin book marker sewn in, quality acid neutral paper, silk moire end papers, beautifully
reproduced illustrations, and much more.

244 pages in length, 5 1/2" by 9 1/4" in size.
