The Spellmaster SA-103 is designed to enhance
spelling and vocabulary skills. It offers spelling correction capabilities of over 80,000
words from Merriam Webster. A Sound-Alikes feature automatically
identifies commonly confused words. This device also offers a variety of
games. Some just for fun, plus educating games that encourage the use of new words, thereby enriching
vocabulary skills.
Auction Sales Policy: Your bid is a contract -
Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder,
you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is
unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the
auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next
highest bidder or re-listed at the seller's sole discretion.
Warranty: Unless otherwise indicated, all items are sold with a warranty
of 14 days starting from the day you receive your purchase. Items are guaranteed to be as
described, free of defects and function properly. Minor cosmetic flaws that have no
effect on a item's operation are not considered reasonable cause for return or refund.
Items offered for sale on a As-Is basis, (as noted in the item description) are not
covered by any warranty and the buyer assumes all responsibility for any costs incurred
to repair or restore the item.
Shipping Details: All shipping originates from U.S.A. 14468 zip code.
Shipment will be either UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on weight and size. Some larger
items will ship via either FedEx or UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped on
the day after full payment. Package tracking number and information will be emailed to
the winning bidder the same day the item ships.
International and Overseas buyers will receive a US Postal Service
Customs ID Form Number to assist in tracing their shipment through customs. All Customs,
Duty, Taxes and other fees imposed by the country receiving the shipment are the
responsibility of the buyer.

Returns: In the unlikely event that a return is
requested, all returns must be requested in writing via the eBay (contact seller) message
system and pre-approved by "Genesee Valley Sales". A refund will be processed provided
that the item being returned includes all original items, in undamaged, re-saleable
condition and contains all original packaging, including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Software products are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
