For the most accurate medical bracelet size, measure your wrist and add about 1" (this leaves room for the Medical ID plate) 1" is appx, give or take depending upon personal preference of being looser or tighter.

STEP 3 - SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:

Warranty Policy
Identity Doctor provides some of the most reliable medical jewelry & engraving available. With proper care you will have no problems. But in-case you do here is our Warranty Policy
• Defective metal chains, beaded bracelets, clasps or rings reported within 90 days will be replaced no charged
• Non Sized and/or Engraved Items must be returned in brand new condition with in 30 days. If item returned after 30 days & with in 90 days items subject to return charge.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, tarnishing, fading, or sensitive items worn in water, please see our Medical Jewelry & Medical Bracelet Care Tips
Defective items is defined as items with manufacture deffects and are of no cause of the user
Repairs / Resizing
Out of Warranty Repairs up to 12 months after purchase
For all items out of warranty with minor repairs & resizing of medical bracelets can be made for a charge of $14.50 (return shipping included). Please contact us for repair availability for your item first. Request invoice for repair & shipping, you will be provided with a return repair code(please include this with return) follow Item Return Process. Customer responsible for shipping charges for out of warranty repair
Return Policy
Due to the fact that engraving can not be redone or fixed it can be very dificuilt to have a return policy. But we have come up with a return policy that 99% engravers don't offer. For the most part you will absolutely love our items. But incase you don't here is some options for you so your not just "out of luck" as some people might say.
• Sized and/or Engraved Items can be returned for any reason up to 90 days
• 35% non-refundable on all items that are sized & engraved
• 17% non-refundable on all bracelets custom sized without engraving
• Non-Sized / Engraved Items must be returned in brand new condition with in 30 days for refund.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Except on defective & warranty items, please contact us for any defective items.
