We ship USPS . Items are shipped within 72 business hours of cleared on time payment , in most cases we ship within 24-48 hours. Payment made after 5pm are recognized as being received on the following business day. Our guarantee to ship in 24-72 hours does NOT APPLY TO LATE PAYMENTS .We ship domestic packages 5 days a week, Monday through Friday .Packages up to 13 ounces ship USPS First Class mail. Packages over 13 ounces ship Parcel Post or Priority mail or Fed Ex.

WE ALSO SHIP FEDERAL EXPRESS ! Ebay does not give us the option to list Fed Ex quotes in our templates. If you have multiple purchases or heavier items please send your FULL ship address through the question system and we will glady look up the cost to ship Fed Ex. Often on larger or heavier packages , Fed Ex is cheaper than USPS.

TERMS OF SALE

We work very hard to provide excellent service to our customers. We want to make your buying experience POSITIVE through all steps of the transaction. We treat each customer would like to be treated .We take pride in strong communication , one on one service , low pricing , fair ship costs & fast transit. In order to complete successful transactions we also need you to keep an open line of communication with us. We may need to contact to verify a shipping address or payment etc.

 By purchasing items from us you signify that you have read the item description , payment and shipping terms. Your bid is contract . You must also have a valid email address for contact and so that we can communicate with you to ensure proper completion of the sale. We can not emphasize enough ITEMS are to be PAID within 5 days. Due to the nature of our inventory we can NOT HOLD seasonal and time sensitive items for late paying bidders.

 ALL BUYERS who do not pay will AUTOMATICALLY receive a "payment reminder" or "unpaid item dispute" on or after the 7th day of non payment.  Once a reminder is issued the transaction will either be completed upon payment or closed with an unpaid bidder strike on or before the 15th day of no payment .

1. Contact us on the 3rd or 4th day if you know there will be items that extend past the 5th day of 1st item end date. WE WILL REPLY AND ISSUE YOU A BIN NUMBER to be able to continue to combine shipping with additional items from your 2nd grouping.

 FIRST GROUPING STILL DUE WITHIN 5 DAY END PERIOD.

2. ONCE YOU HAVE your personal BIN # - pay the combined invoice on your 1st grouping. WE  SET ORDER ON HOLDING SHELF IN PLASTIC BIN WITH YOUR NAME & ISSUED BIN NUMBER.

3. WHEN THE REMAINDER OF YOUR ITEMS HAVE ENDED - Send a note that you are finished. WE WILL SEND A 2nd INVOICE which will continue to reflect the combined shipping and then upon your "go ahead" we will ship entire order at once.

ALL PAID orders are released for shipping UNLESS a BIN number has been issued to HOLD the shipment.  Any buyer who has multiple groupings MUST COMPLETE ALL TRANSACTIONS WITHIN A 14 day period. WE DO NOT HOLD BIN ORDERS PAST the 14th day of 1st item end.

IF YOU PAY INDIVIDUALLY FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS

We use a multi order shipping system. We download and ship in order. When setting up orders to ship we see the ship to: name & address along with the items paid . THAT IS ALL. We DO NOT see your email, your user name OR the total shipping paid. All orders to same address, paid within one download are combined to one shipment. IF YOU PAID FOR 3 ITEMS 3 TIMES & PAID SHIPPING 3 TIMES - We would not recognize an overpayment in shipping charges, though all may ship in one package. You are welcome to email if you make an error - we issue store credits once a week when overpayments are brought to our attention. PLEASE REQUEST A COMBINED INVOICE and pay MULTIPLE PURCHASE ORDERS after you receive ONE invoice.

So three packages ship in one week to one address. When this happens we pay paypal the .40 transaction fee THREE TIMES -- We use THREE TIMES as many shipping boxes or bags and we pay the USPS THREE individual times !  IF IN FACT THE BIDDER WAS PURCHASING ITEMS WITH QUOTED SHIPPING -- THEY WOULD WAIT TO PAY TO SAVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE CORRECT ??
