Six inside pockets and a few places for pens, too. 10 1/2" w x 9 1/2"h x 4"d

Materials
Fabric 42-44:wide
1/3 yard -Cover, main part of bag
1/2 yard -Cover. bottom of bag, Handles, flap closure
1/2 yard - Lining
1/2 yard - Pockets, sleeve for bag support
Batting
2/3 yard, appox, 45" wide- Low loft, poly batting
Fusible Interfacing
7/8 yard - Medium to heavy weight, approx, 45" wide or 1 1/2 yards if 22"wide.
