Kind of Crazy! This skirt is a Mish Mash of fabric strips, patches, and trims pieced together in perfect harmony.
It features a drop waistband, 15 different fabric strips, and an attached underskirt with a hint of tulle peeking out of the bottom.
Instructions for the t-shirt are also included.
