12 1/2" SABATIER CARVING KNIFE/ LION MARK/STAINLESS STEEL, MADE IN THIERS, FRANCE.

YOU CAN ALSO GIVE IT AS A GIFT!

Perfectly set in its own Sabatier box, this knife has a wood handle and will outlast you.  Sabatier knives last a lifetime.  Wonderful blade junction with the handle.  The box reads "Coutellerie SABATIER, lion" and you have a lion printed next to Sabatier.  The price of 239 French Francs is still on the box.  This would equate 50 dollars of 2000.

On the blade of the knife you have the lion design with the word "lion" below.  On its right you have the brand "SABATIER" with a little R for "registered trademark".  Below the brand you have "STAINLESS STEEL, THIERS, FRANCE"
