hi this is vonita i just received my wig from you and i can't believe how real it looks and feels i have bought a few wigs on line that i didn't like and the wigs here at the beauty supply stores can't even compare to the one i have. i was ready to give up, i suffer from alopecia and i am 7 months pregnant i went thru a depression for a long time about my hair loss and i never thought i would get thru it but i can say this wig has helped me more in the past 10 minuets than all the meds in the past 10 years:) after i have my baby i have to go back to getting shots in my head. i used to cry every time i looked in the mirror i barely look in the mirror and when i go to work i'm always embarrassed because you could tell i was wearing a wig. i'm a waitress so you can see hi am always in the public eye. well i just wanted to tell you how great you are and for the first time in 10 years i looked in the mirror and smiled cause i liked what i saw. i will be saving for my purchase next month!!!:)

Hello, I hope things are well with you...just wanted to let you know that I did apply my extensions yipeee!!!  I practiced with the Tiffany Twist version first once I felt good about it and calm I went ahead and did the Fusion Extensions...I used two mirrors one in front of me (my dresser mirror) and a full body mirror in back of me so that I could see how to part my hair etc...it took me 5 hours...shorter than a salon, the salon took 8 hours to do my hair and I am very pleased and saved money....I just wanted to let you know just in case you ever run into anyone in the future that should ask you...I am proof that it can be done.....have a blessed day, ~Cheryl from Montclair...

Hello, I recently bought a clip on extension from your noline ebay store and I jsut wanted to say thank you very much, I have had many hair problems and tried the Jessica Simpson hairdo ones and must tell you that yours are by far a nice quality and softer, I have noticed they do not tangle and stay shiny! So please keep up the good work! My only question i have is im considering buying a straight 22inch one from you but im not finding one that matches my hair color exactly, as i have very short hair so its hard to blend it, Do you accept pictures to match colors or should i just browse your website a little more and go with the closest match i can come by?? Shipping of this item takes approximately 3-4 business days by usps priority mail.

If you need your item quicker, we can also do USPS Express Mail for an additional cost. Express mail takes approximately 1-2 business days.

International Shipping (Outside the US):

Please note before you bid that shipping time is slower for our international customers due to the distance the package has to go as well as the multiple stops at Customs. If you need your item quicker, we can also do USPA EMS International Express Mail for an additional cost. Express mail is approximately 3-5 business days.

All Returns must be in Original Conditioning and Packaging. Items may not have been worn, brushed, had products applied to them or had hair/lace cut at all.

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee is based upon the items purchase price. All the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund/credit shipping charges, or pay for the return shipment to us.

Items returned in compliance with these terms will be issued Store Credit for future purchase. No Refunds!
