ART DECO FRENCH SILVERPLATED SOUP LADLE

13" LONG LADLE IN A VERY SOLID CRAFTMANSHIP

NICE TULIP SHAPE LINES AT THE END OF THE HANDLE

 

The bowl of the laddle is 3 1/2" in diameter.  In the bowl of the laddle there are two marks.  One of them is a sort of a rooster or other bird like an eagle. It may have letters but I cannot read them.  Another mark fits in a more rectangular imprint and has the number "10".  The handle is 1 1/4" at its widest part and a little more than 1/4 of an inch close to the bowl.   The condition of this silver is very good.  No loss of luster or silverplating.  The shine is good. Smooth lines all over.  The edge of the bowl is slightly altered with age and does not look perfectly round. The ladle weighs 1/2 lb.
