We always try to ship out items as promptly as possible. In the rare event that a shipment is delayed, we will give you an estimated date when it will be shipped or offer to refund your money. The delivery transit times displayed on all listings are provided by eBay and the United States Postal Service, not the item seller, and are ESTIMATES ONLY. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of the shipper. Therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping transit times for any domestic or international shipment.

All sales are considered final.  Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns of any purchase for any reason, except for defective items. We will cheerfully replace any defective items with another copy of the same product only, without exceptions. If you have questions about the size of a particular item, please ask us about them before purchasing, because most Halloween masks only come in one size, and problems with the way an item fits do not constitute "defects", and are not sufficient cause for an exchange. We are reasonable people and customer service is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with our service or products, please contact us first and give us an opportunity to remedy the situation.  This is eBay’s policy as well as our own, and by purchasing you are agreeing to this policy.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!:
Priority Mail International will be used whenever possible for international packages, unless you specify Express Mail International. Online tracking is available to most major destinations, but not all. Buyers will be provided with a tracking number when items are shipped, and can be tracked at the United States Postal Service website. (As the seller, we do not have access to any more tracking information on any particular package than the buyer does.) It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duties, tariffs, or taxes for their purchases, and to verify that any item purchased from us is not prohibited by the laws, regulations or Customs service of their nation. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or packages seized caused by other nations’ Customs or Postal services.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The United States Postal Service has introduced a new small “flat rate” Priority Mail box, which mails internationally for about half the price of shipping this mask in a standard Priority Mail package, but it is also VERY small: about 7 2 cubic inches (1200 cubic centimeters). While this mask can fit into the new smaller box, it must be folded down very tightly to do so. Most eBay buyers prefer having their items shipped by the most economical way possible, so we have set the new small flat rate Priority Mail box as the default international choice for mailing this mask. However, if you would like us to ship your mask in a larger Priority (or Express) Mail package, we will gladly do so. When you proceed to confirm your order, simply click onto the shipping method you prefer, and eBay will automatically adjust the shipping charges accordingly.

A NOTE FOR MASK BUYERS:
For your convenience, we enclose instructions with each mask for its use, care, and display. When you receive your mask from us, it is in the same condition in which we received it from the warehouse.  Most mass-produced rubber Halloween masks are warehoused and shipped flat without any sort of stuffing. Occasionally this flattening will cause some slight warping in the mask. This happens to all rubber masks to some extent, and is not considered a “defect” in the product.  By following our instructions, you can easily return your mask to its original molded shape, as well as correct any minor distortions in the rubber material incurred during storage.
