Next steps for winning bidders

	After you receive a winning bidder notification to the e-mail address associated with your eBay account. Follow steps 1-4 below in the shipping section under "After you Win".
	Once you receive the email from us letting you know that your order is ready for you to checkout, please proceed to checkout by clicking the button below.
	If paying by credit card you must make sure to put your billing address in the shipping address fields in Kyozou checkout in order for your transaction to complete successfully. We will make sure to change the address back to the shipping address provided in the "Schedule My Shipment" page after your payment is made if necessary.
	WINNING BIDDER MUST MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS. If a payment has not been received within eight (8) days after the auction has ended, then an Unpaid Item Dispute will be issued. If there is still no payment by the 10th day the item will be relisted and will no longer be available for checkout.

• No payments can be made at time of pick up.
• Residents of Missouri and Ohio and anyone picking up locally will pay sales tax because we have retail locations in these states.

We will not collect any passwords or credit card information from you! Our checkout process is designed so that it communicates with the merchant to confirm that payment has been made and cleared. At no time is the merchant providing us with any passwords or credit card information.

2. The Freight Calculators are only meant to be an estimate.
3. Actual shipping may vary slightly on the day of scheduling.
4. The shipping calculator may not reflect exact charges for multiple quantities or auctions won.
5. We add a handling fee to each item.

After you Win:

1. Schedule the shipment by using the same process you used to get your quote, but go ahead and actually select "Schedule My Shipment".
2. Make sure to fill out that form completely.
3. Pickup at a local Freight dock is available and recommended.
4. We will then verify your order and contact you via email to inform you when your total is available for you to checkout.
5. Once your order has been paid for in full, your item(s) will be picked up and delivered to your specifications.
6. Shipments are scheduled Monday thru Friday.

All shipments will be booked by Cargo Largo.

• Please pay for your item(s) thru checkout before arriving to pick up your purchase.
• Items may be picked up locally at our Independence location at the Carefree Industrial Park.
• We have a separate location for eBay pick-ups only in the rear of our facility in Unit 700 of Carefree Industrial Park.
• There will be a handling fee of $2.00 per each item added to all orders that are picked up as well as MO sales tax.  
• Make a note of the Kyozou order number and bring that with you. You may obtain your order number at anytime after you have checked out by logging back into checkout and reviewing your order history.
• You may only pickup on or up to 5 business days after the date you selected during checkout and must bring your order number to receive prompt service.
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and relist the item if the item(s) are not picked up within the 5 business days.

Please make sure to inspect your item for damage as we will not be responsible for damages on pickup items once they leave the dock.

• Every effort has been made to accurately describe all merchandise offered for auction.
• We offer a 14 day return policy on defective merchandise unless the item is stated "AS IS".
• Items stated as "AS IS" are not returnable under any circumstance.
• International buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Our business hours are 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday (Central Time). We are closed on all major holidays and the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sales completed and emails received after normal business hours may be handled the next business day.
