WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT: We provide tracking numbers for everything we ship. We do
not ship via slow methods of shipment, such as UPS Ground & USPS Parcel Post.
For US orders, we will ship everything via USPS Priority Mail, unless the
buyer pays for the Express Mail. For International orders, we will ship
via USPS Express Mail International.
We have super fast shipping. We always
ship your package within 24 hours, once your payment is received. We
usually ship orders that come in before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, the same day. We ship Monday through Saturday. Just read some of our feedback comments and you will get an idea how fast we ship.
If you don't have the same address listed
on your eBay and PayPal accounts, we will always ship to your PayPal address.
We only ship to confirmed addresses.

What is your exchange policy?
Each product is
fully guaranteed by
the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The
complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the
product. All warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer. The
manufacturer's warranty usually covers repair or replacement of
defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. To locate a
service center near you, please refer to your product manual.
We offer a
14-day merchandise
exchange policy for defective items. All equipment should be "bench-tested"
PRIOR to installation. Any defective on arrival product
will be exchanged. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees on the
shipment that is being sent to us for an exchange. We will pay the shipping
cost of the exchanged unit that will be sent to you.
All returns for credit are subject to a
10% restocking fee. Actual shipping charges of initial
shipment will not be credited, regardless of pre-paid status. Special Order items are
not available for return.
All Returns require an Return Merchandize Authorization Number*.
For an RMA Number (Return Merchandize Authorization), please send us an
email. Please note that an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns
are subject to inspection.
All exchanged merchandise
will be exchanged "Apples for Apples", what is sent is what
will be returned. All other returns must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals,
warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not
write anything on the item or the factory package! Charges will be
incurred for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, or
written-on contents and/or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any items
deemed unacceptable.
Write the
RMA# issued by
Customer Service clearly on the shipping label only. Any
merchandise returned to us without an authorized will be refused.
Please ship your parcel back to us freight paid! We suggest
that you use USPS "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect
shipments. No goods will be accepted for
exchange or return without authorization.
Is this product new or refurbished?
We only sell brand new, unopened, non-refurbished equipment and software with
full manufacturer's warranty.

We offer you a lowest price guarantee on all of our inventory. If you find a
price lower than ours on ebay, and you meet the eligibility requirements listed
below, we will match and beat any
price on ebay by 10% of the difference.
You are eligible for a price-beat refund or
request if the following conditions are met:
